Daddy’s Home 2 Movie Review

Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg play Brad And Dusty in the new movie Daddy’s Home 2. In this 100 minute comedy, Ferrell and Wahlberg play a stepfather and father who are working together to make a great Christmas for their children. Their teamwork gets put to the test when both Dusty and Brad’s fathers decide to visit for the holidays.  Dusty’s father is much more of a big tough man and Brad’s father is really gentle and kind. They then decide to change plans and go to a luxury resort for Christmas. This trip turns into a very crazy and fun adventure for the whole family.

The movie Daddy’s Home 2 is a very funny movie but it is definitely not for the whole family. It is rated PG-13 and has some mature scenes, which would not be great for the little kids to see. I would recommend this movie for anyone 13 and older to go see. It has many funny scenes and brings in the holiday cheer. It shows that not all families are picture perfect and that you might have to spend your holidays with some unexpected guests. If you see this movie you will not be able to sit through it without cracking a smile. I think this movie is even better than the first because it includes both grandfathers and just the whole holiday aspect of the movie makes it better. If you would like to go see Daddy’s Home 2 it is currently being shown in City Lights in Hudson Oaks, Rave Cinemas Ridgmar, Film Alley Weatherford, and many more theaters.
