Neil Breen is an American indie filmmaker and actor. He has written, directed and starred in six feature films. Neil has gained a cult following for their stunning production values, acting, writing and special effects.

“Twisted Pair” is a Neil Breen film starring Neil Breen as Cade and Cale, the artificial intelligence twins. When Cade and Cale were kids, their DNA was reprogrammed for artificial intelligence, giving them superpowers. They were inseparable but as the two got older Cale became jealous of Cade. They were torn in different directions until Cale tried to take justice into his own hands.
