On May 5, the class of 2018 Top 10% was honored and recognized for their amazing achievement at the top 10% banquet. The top 10% consist of Rylan Akers, Courtney Andrews, Kim Baranger, Madison Beauford, Ryan Brown, Breanna Cazares, Andrew Cordell, Bethany Coughlin, Jacqui Denny, Mary Katherine Gamez, Drew Gates, Austin Gould, Collin Guest, Macy Hale, Thomas Hampton, Grayson Jarvis, Noah Knesek, Megan Larsen, Zach Leeper, Tanner Legvold, Abby Losos, Cal Malynn, Mary McQuade, Kara Norman, Della Orr-Harter, Nicole Pardue, C.J. Pfeil, Emily Jo Phipps, Marilyn Pillow, Avery Pratho, Erin Prokell, Grace Renforth, Richard Reynolds, Bradley Robinson ,Ben Slabbekoorn, Taylor Smith, Payton Templeton, Alyssa Vanecek, Madison Wyss, Cameron Yates, Brenna Young. The Top 10% banquet is held every year to acknowledge these students and to give them their cords for graduation. Class of 2018 Valedictorian is Madison Wyss and Salutatorian is Mary Katherine Gamez. Being apart of Top 10% is one of the highest achievements in high school and these students worked very hard to be apart of this group. This honor will follow them throughout their lives and will never go unnoticed.
