COVID-19 has changed the way we do many things we do this year, including how the holidays are separated. However, the holiday season has always represented a time to reflect on the good things, celebrate traditions and connect with friends and family. There are many ways to adapt your traditions to be ‘COVID’ friendly. Despite an unusual 2020 which has limited travel, there are still many ways to celebrate this Christmas. Here’s some Covid friendly ways to celebrate the holidays: 

1-Making holiday themed cookie and gingerbread houses are always a popular go-to.  Nothing beats a craft that you can eat when you’re finished! 

2-Decorating the Christmas tree has always been one of my favorite things to do, especially as a family. 

3-Baking holiday treats is always a great way to go. 

4-Hanging Christmas lights, everyone can participate in some way, even if it’s just plugging the lights in. This is a great way to show off your creativity and spread holiday joy! 

5-Go on a neighborhood Christmas light walk or even car ride. 

6-Play Christmastime games such as holiday bingo. There are all sorts of printable cards online for you and your family to enjoy. 

7-Christmas movie marathons of course are always an option there are so many Christmas movies to choose from and it’s 100% COVID friendly.  

No matter what, it is always important to keep the holiday spirit alive. So this Christmas, make sure to celebrate safely with the ones you love.
