Fall Sports in Full Swing

The Ladycat varsity, JV and freshman volleyball teams faced the Burleson Centennial Spartans this Tuesday. The varsity went 3-0. Today the Ladycats will face the Denton Guyer Wildcats. The Denton Wildcats went 12-2 in their district and 35-9 overall. The  game will be played in Denton at 5 p.m. 

 

Saturday, the Ladycats will face Abilene Wiley at home, varsity begins at 12 p.m. Last season the Abilene Wylie Bulldogs went 18-17 overall and lost to Amarillo in the first round of the playoffs.

 

This Thursday the varsity football team will face the North Forney Falcons at home and game times are to be announced. The Falcons went 5-3 in their district and 7-3 overall. The Aledo Bearcats first game will be Saturday Sept. 26 at Globe Life Park in Arlington against the Weatherford Kangaroos. Last season Weatherford went 3-3 in their district and 7-4 overall. 

 

There will be a tennis match at home on Thursday at 4 o’clock against Nolan Catholic, the tennis team will also have a tournament all day Saturday in Abilene. 

 

Girls varsity Golf will have a Granbury Fall Classic and it will be held at Harbor Lakes Golf Club in Granbury all day. 

 

This Friday and Saturday the rodeo team will have a Rodeo Board.
