New Opponent Scheduled for Homecoming Game

Senior cornerback Blake Walter, #14, senior linebacker Sam Forman, #20, senior safety Elijah Valencia, #23, and junior defensive end Kyle Thompson, #43, tackle a Weatherford receiver Sept. 26. The Bearcats defeated the Roos 70-7 at Globe Life Field.

The original Homecoming game against Waco University on Oct. 16 was canceled due to the University football team quarantining. On Oct. 8, the district found a new opponent.

The Bearcats will play Cedar Hill for the new homecoming game at home at 7 p.m. on Oct. 16.

Cedar Hill is 1-0 this season and are coming off a 28-21 win against Arlington.

The Bearcats are 2-0 and are coming off a week two 34-32 win against Lone Star On Oct. 2.
