The week seven matchup between Mansfield Timberview and the Bearcats has been cancelled as players from the Bearcat football team have to quarantine.

This is the second time the Bearcats have had a game cancelled due to COVID, but the first because the outbreak happened at home.

Currently there are thirteen confirmed student body cases in the high school being reported by the district website. 

The next game on the Bearcat’s schedule will be at Joshua on Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.

“As a reminder, please help us comply with all health and safety protocols – at school and in the community – so our students can continue doing the things they love,” a district release said.
