The Bearcats varsity football team plays Burleson Centennial Friday, Sept. 13.

Last week, the Bearcats faced off against UVM Linces Toluca Lynx and beat them 63-0. Aledo finished non-district play with a record of 1-1.

Burleson Centennial will mark the first district games for both teams this year. Last year when the two teams met, the Bearcats won 63-16.

Next week, the Bearcats have their bye week. The Bearcats will resume their season Friday, Sept. 27 against the Everman Bulldogs.
